EDDAFOR BUSINESS

How Edda works.

A company foundation. Personal agents.
Work connected from one day to the next.

Built around the way
your company works.

We map, integrate and operate a company-specific system, then help your people make it part of their day. The pilot is the first working part of that larger foundation.

  1. 1

    Map the business.

Understand your information, existing systems, structure and culture. Find the authoritative sources, approved definitions, responsibilities and unwritten know-how. Agree what stays restricted and build on useful work already done.

  2. 2

Build and prove a bespoke pilot.

Agree success criteria before building. Use real company information and a representative group to test a complete operating workflow, including permissions, follow-through and human decisions.

  3. 3

    Roll out across the company.

Extend the proven foundation to employees with suitable access and practical onboarding. Build workflows into the working day, support adoption and expand capabilities as the company learns.

Agree what better looks like.

Measures might include unresolved-case age, completed follow-ups, consistency with approved calculations and avoidable director interventions. Establish the starting point and success criteria together.

The mapping can also reveal a better way to work. Bespoke means fitting the company’s needs while improving the habits that hold it back.

Your knowledge.
Your foundation.
Your choice.

Your company’s experience becomes an accumulating asset you control, independent of the AI provider you choose.

A dedicated company server.

We set up Edda on a dedicated server under your company’s control. Your history, decisions and working knowledge have a home that belongs to the business.

Access on your terms.

Your company decides who can use which knowledge, what an agent may do, and which information may be shared with connected services. Each employee’s access fits their role.

Freedom to choose the model.

Choose compatible providers and models, including GPT, Claude, open-weight or self-hosted options. The company record remains your foundation as those choices evolve.

Company custody and model processing are different. External models receive the prompts and context you permit. Open-weight does not automatically mean private or self-hosted; quality, hardware and operating costs differ by choice.

The knowledge
stays yours.
The possibilities
stay open.

Your company’s memory, on a dedicated server you control. Put it to work with the models you choose.

Experience. Decisions.
Knowledge carried forward.

Permitted context goes to your chosen provider. The company record stays yours.

The knowledge is shared.
The help is personal.

Edda connects company knowledge with the systems where work happens. Each person’s agent uses the context appropriate to their role, with shared definitions and agreed limits on action.

One company memory. Access appropriate to each person.

Approved experience becomes reusable company knowledge. Your team can draw on earlier decisions without asking the same director to reconstruct them each time.

Configured workflows can notice a change, begin permitted work and monitor what happens next. People decide the exceptions; the shared record keeps the outcome.

Work keeps moving.
You stay in the loop.

Your agent knows the company context you can access. It follows the work and brings the decisions back to you.

When the contractor’s quote arrives, update the cost model and investment case. Show me what changed and prepare the investor update.

The North Quay quote has arrived. I’ve updated the draft cost model and investment case, highlighted the changed assumption, and prepared an investor update for your review.

North Quay’s quote is in. I’ve drafted the revised case and investor update for review.

The decision stays with a person.

The desktop prepares the work. The phone brings back the later review or approval needed to move it forward.

Drafts and exceptions stay visible until the right person reviews them.

Prepared work stays in review. People decide the exceptions.

Follow the work.
See what connects.

A revised investment case, an invoice exception, a company rule. Each can set useful work in motion across people, systems and time.

A contractor’s quote arrives. What changes in the case?

The new input

“North Quay construction works: £1.35m for the agreed scope, £150k above the build-cost assumption in the current draft model.”

EDDA

Carry the new cost into the decision.

The quote, cost model and investment case need to agree. A draft investor update explains the revision while Sam keeps approval of the budget and communication.

  1. Connect

Match the incoming quote to the build-cost assumption and show the £150k difference against the prior draft.

  2. Prepare

Revise the draft cost model to £1.35m and the draft project budget to £2.55m. Update the case and prepare an investor update explaining the change.

  3. Review

Maya checks the changed cost assumption. Keep the revised case and investor wording together for Sam’s decision.

  4. People decide

Sam confirms the revised budget and approves the investor update before any communication. The prior figures stay visible for comparison.

A new quote becomes a reviewable draft decision with the financial change visible, rather than a number stranded in one document.
