Website terms
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of withedda.com. Commercial services are covered by the agreement made with each client.
About this website
This website is operated by Whitehay Capital Limited. Edda is the name used for our service. Contact us at sales@withedda.com or 12 Melcombe Place, London, UK, NW1 6JJ.
Registered in England and Wales, company number 15635421. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, Floor 5, London, England, W1W 5PF.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to your subsequent use. A change to these website terms does not amend an existing service contract.
Information and examples
The site provides general information about Edda. It does not make a binding offer to supply a service, and sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a service contract. Any scope, price, delivery timetable, support commitment or other commercial term must be agreed separately.
Demonstrations and the company model illustrate possible ways of working. Fictional names, records and figures are used in those demonstrations. The use-case library separately describes documented industry examples, with sources; these are not claims about Edda client results. Actual capabilities, integrations, permissions and outcomes depend on the system agreed and implemented for each client.
AI-generated material can be incomplete or inaccurate and may need human review. Website content is not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Take appropriate advice before making a decision that requires it. Nothing here overrides an express statement or obligation in a service agreement.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to its public pages. Do not use it unlawfully, submit information you have no right to share, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls or attempt to access non-public systems or other people's information.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or prevent misuse. We may also update or suspend parts of the site for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Content and intellectual property
We or our licensors hold the rights in this website's design, text, illustrations, software and other materials. You may view, download or print extracts for your own internal business evaluation, keeping any copyright or attribution notices. This does not give you ownership of the material or a licence to our software, trademarks or services.
Ask us before republishing substantial parts of the site, selling its content, or using our name or marks in a way that suggests endorsement. Rights and licences that the law or an expressly stated third-party licence gives you are unaffected. Linked sources and third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights.
External links and security
Links to other websites provide context or further information. We do not control those sites or their availability, content or privacy practices. A link alone does not mean that we endorse the site or its operator.
We take reasonable care with this site but cannot guarantee that every page is current, complete or free from errors or harmful code. Use appropriate security measures on your own devices. If you find a problem, email sales@withedda.com.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Subject to that protection, where you use the website in the course of business, we exclude liability for loss of profit, sales, business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, and indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content, to the extent permitted by law.
This clause concerns the public website. Liability for services supplied to you is governed by the relevant service agreement. These terms do not exclude obligations that the law implies and does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Our cookies and storage notice explains browser storage and technical requests.
Law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For business users, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning these terms. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections under mandatory laws or rights to bring proceedings in your home courts where those rights apply.
